2. Scope of Services

The services offered through this Website may include, but are not limited to:

  • Creative development and web design
  • Digital experience design
  • Branding and interface design
  • Website development and implementation
  • Automation and workflow optimization
  • Consulting and advisory services

All services are provided on a case-by-case contractual basis. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Eligibility

By using this Website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)
  • You are acting on behalf of a business or professional entity when engaging for services
  • You have the legal authority to enter into agreements if acting on behalf of a company

Although the Website is publicly accessible, services are intended for professional and business use only.

4. No Automatic Engagement

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, or booking a call does not create any obligation for either party.

Specifically:

  • No client relationship is formed automatically
  • No obligation exists to provide services
  • No guarantee is made regarding availability or acceptance of projects

A formal agreement must be signed or explicitly confirmed before any paid work begins.

5. Communication and Booking

Communication may occur through:

  • Contact forms on the Website
  • Email communication via Resend
  • Scheduling via Cal.com

All scheduling tools are used solely for coordination purposes and do not constitute contractual acceptance.

6. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is defined individually per project or engagement.

If payment is required:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • No payment information is stored or processed directly on this Website
  • Payment terms (timing, milestones, refunds) are defined in separate agreements

No fees are charged unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All original content on this Website (including text, design, visuals, and code) is the intellectual property of the Website owner
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Website content without prior written permission
  • Deliverables created for clients are governed by the terms of the specific project agreement

Client ownership of deliverables is only transferred upon full payment and under conditions defined in the relevant contract.

8. Client Responsibilities

If you engage in a project, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond in a timely manner during collaboration
  • Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide (text, images, branding assets, etc.)
  • Not request work that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

Delays caused by lack of communication or missing materials may impact delivery timelines.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for services (if applicable)

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

All services provided through this Website are custom, service-based engagements.

Because of the nature of the work:

  • All payments are generally non-refundable once work has started
  • Any refund requests made before the start of a project may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Deposits or upfront payments are used to reserve time and cover initial preparation work, and are therefore non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Once a project has been delivered or partially delivered, no refunds will be issued.

If a project is cancelled by the client after it has started, the client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.

In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply to reflect time reserved and work already performed.

If a project is cancelled by the service provider, any unused portion of prepaid fees may be refunded at the provider’s discretion.

Any exceptions to this policy must be explicitly agreed in writing.

15. Privacy

Your use of this Website is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Please review the Privacy Policy for full details.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service
  • Terminate communication
  • Restrict access to the Website

This may occur if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
